Welcome, Adventurer! We know you’re excited to get your gear (and your Golden is already sniffing the box). Here’s the map and compass for everything related to shipping and returns at The Wild Paw.

We currently ship to The USA, Canada, and Europe. Our "Worldwide" expedition is coming soon!
Processing Time: The Pre-Adventure Prep
Once you place your order, our human team needs a little time to gather the gear, pack it securely (away from curious Golden noses), and get it ready for the trail.

Standard Processing Time: 2-3 business days.
Shipping Times: The Trail Ahead
Once your order leaves our packhouse, here’s how long the expedition usually takes to reach your door. Note: The clock starts after processing.

Track Your Pack: Once your gear ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its trek home. (Your dog will likely beat you to the mailbox, though.)
🔄 Returns & Exchanges: Happy Tails Guarantee
We want you and your furry friend to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn't quite right—maybe the mug is too small for your coffee obsession, or the ID tag isn't quite the vibe—we've got you covered.
The 14-Day Happiness Hike
You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging (i.e., not chewed on by the dog).
How to Send the Gear Back:

Request: Email us at PATITASPARTYLLC@GMAIL.COM with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Return Label: We will send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item—and confirm no Golden had their way with it—we will process your refund or ship out the exchange.

If you encounter any issues with your order—from unexpected delays to a package gone missing during its trek—please don't panic!
Our human support team is ready to guide you back to the trail. Just send a quick distress signal to CONTACT (We'll send the Golden Search and Rescue team).
Note on Final Sale: Items marked "Final Sale," custom ID tags (unless defective), and deeply discounted clearance items are considered final and cannot be returned.
